Respected New York Thrash destroyers Demolition Hammer have been in danger of falling into obscurity: their last album was released in 1994, and their recorded output has actually been out of print for some time. The label that housed their entire original run, Century Media, aims to rectify the situation with the comprehensive, two-disc NECROLOGY. Encompassing their three full-lengths and two extra demos, the track listing includes the band's entire recorded output. It's a lethal array of post-Slayer thrash--all insistent beats and cascading layers of charging guitar before slowing down and stretching out by 1994's swan song, TIME BOMB.
